Ingredients
  

  • 1 ball Pizza dough make ahead or store-bought
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp deveined and peeled; small or medium
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch Fresh basil
  • 1 tb Olive oil

Instructions
 

Pizza Dough

  • Follow the instructions for pizza dough recipe. (homemade will take about 15 minutes, plus resting time is 45 minutes)

Shrimp Toppings

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees or 500 if heating a pizza stone ( see below)
  • Pat shrimp dry and cut along the body if using medium size shrimp
  • Spread tomato sauce all over the pizza
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder
  • Spinkle parmasen cheese all over
  • Divide the shrimp over pizza
  • Add julienned basil all over
  • Season with little salt and pepper
  • Cook for about 8 minutes in oven or until pizza dough is brown and crisp
  • Let cool for 5 minutes
  • Cut into 8 slices or less.

Notes

Homemade takes longer but if you’re up for the adventure I promise you’re going to love making your own pizza dough!   And a shrimp pizza.  
Store-bought is good and might suit your busy lifestyle.
