Green leafy vegetables, such as those found in this salad, are renowned for their nutritional value. Packed with essential vitamins and minerals, they offer a refreshing crunch and a burst of vibrant color to your plate. These leafy greens are particularly rich in vitamins A and K, both crucial for maintaining healthy skin, eyes, and bone density. Moreover, they are a great source of dietary fiber, which aids digestion and keeps you feeling full and satisfied.

The addition of sardines elevates this salad to a new level of nutrition. Sardines are an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are renowned for their heart-healthy properties.
