Three Flavor Party Solve | Imagine having a family and friends backyard gathering and not everyone wants a piece of salmon with chipotle rub on it. My favorite by the way! The solve? Why not dress it three different ways and satisfy all taste buds. It works like a charm. Gotta love it when you can make seafood easy like this!
Hosting a backyard gathering for family and friends can be an absolute delight, filled with laughter, stories, and, of course, delicious food. However, accommodating everyone’s diverse taste preferences can sometimes pose a culinary challenge. Imagine a scenario where one person craves the bold flavors of chipotle-rubbed salmon. While another prefers something milder, and yet another is in the mood for a zesty, herb-infused dish. How can you solve this Three Flavor Party dilemma and ensure everyone leaves with a satisfied palate?
The answer lies in versatility and creativity. Instead of preparing a single salmon dish, why not dress it three different ways? This innovative approach not only caters to various taste buds but also adds an exciting element to your backyard feast. You can offer a chipotle-rubbed salmon for those seeking a smoky kick. A milder herb-seasoned option for those favoring subtlety, and a zesty, citrus-infused alternative for those craving a burst of flavor.
The beauty of this approach is its simplicity, turning seafood preparation into a breeze. It’s a win-win situation – your guests get to savor their preferred flavors, and you, as the host. Get to enjoy the satisfaction of a well-rounded menu that appeals to all. So, whether you’re a seafood aficionado or a novice in the kitchen, the Three Flavor Party solve is a charming way to make your backyard gathering a memorable culinary adventure. Cheers to a delightful evening filled with the joy of good company and even better food!

Grilling Salmon Three Ways!
Ingredients
- 1 side farmed salmon
- 2 tbs chipotle rub
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 bunch chives chopped
Instructions
- Heat the bar-b-q to about 375 degrees
- Rinse the side of salmon and pat dry
- Place the side of salmon on tin foil on top of cookie sheet to prepare it
- Divide the chipotle, the chives and lemons in three sections on the salmon
- You can use whatever spice, herbs, or dressing you want like; dill and lemon or bar-br-q sauce
- Carefully slide the salmon onto the grill, close the grill for 15 minutes for a med-well done salmon. Cook longer for well done. Best results are med-well
- Slide it back on the pan or lift onto a cutting board. Let cool for at least five minutes and slice into about 10 or more pieces crosswise
- Note: if using wild salmon, the salmon will cook faster. Reduce time by a few minutes.
