  • 1 lb salmon Skinless
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1 tsp chipotle
  • 2 oz extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil


  • Chop the salmon filet so that it's like minced meat. Place in mixing bowl
  • Add in chopped onion and celery and mix with hands gently
  • Add chipotle spice
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Roll into balls
  • Cook on medium heat, 3-minutes a side, on top of stove.
  • If cooking in the oven; place on sheet pan; cook for 12 minutes, turning 1/2 way
  • As an appetizer serve with a mayo-lemon dip, or top with guacamole.
