Salmon Poppers
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon Skinless
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1 tsp chipotle
- 2 oz extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil
Instructions
- Chop the salmon filet so that it's like minced meat. Place in mixing bowl
- Add in chopped onion and celery and mix with hands gently
- Add chipotle spice
- Add salt and pepper
- Roll into balls
- Cook on medium heat, 3-minutes a side, on top of stove.
- If cooking in the oven; place on sheet pan; cook for 12 minutes, turning 1/2 way
- As an appetizer serve with a mayo-lemon dip, or top with guacamole.
