Smoked Salmon Flatbread Pizza

Hot Smoked Salmon on Flatbread

  • 1 pkg Hot smoked salmon 4 oz. King of Prince or other
  • 1 pkg Flatbread pizza dough fresh or frozen
  • 3 tbs Crème fraîche
  • 2 tbs Green onion chopped
  • 2 tbs capers rinsed and drained


  • preheat oven at 450 degrees
  • cook dough according to instructions, remove and let cool
  • after the flatbread or pizza dough has completely cooled, smear the 3 tbs Crème fraîche all over
  • add the 1 pkg Hot smoked salmon breaking it up all over
  • spread the 2 tbs Green onion all over
  • cut and serve


You can use a frozen flatbread pizza, or this homemade pizza dough.
This pizza pairs well with champaign, a Bloody Mary or Bloody Caesar cocktail.
Split between 6-8 people.
