Lobster Kale Salad
- 1 can Scout Canning Lobster
- 2 cups Kale packaged, washed and chopped
- 1 Shallots Sliced but optional
- 1 Lemon Squeeze
- Place the kale in a large salad bowl and massage for about 5 minutes
- Open Scout canned lobster and spread over the top of the salad
- Add the shallots and mix with salad
- Mix all together gently
- Divide between two or save half for later
